The AlterG treadmill is a novel rehabilitation tool designed to alleviate gravitational forces on the lower extremities, facilitating early mobilization and functional training. A qualitative analysis of observational data and research articles was done to examine how the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill is integrated into patient care protocols by physical therapists and strength coaches across the United States.
