Abstract

Geometric constructions have been a centerpiece of mathematical study for millennia. Recently, origami has developed as an alternative to Euclidean constructions, which relied on compass and straightedge. We follow the work of Robert Lang and others in the development of the constructibility of rational numbers, and present some new discoveries of our own.
